Running Warehouse offers a variety of shipping services, depending on the items and shipping destination. In the event of inclement weather conditions, delivery delays may occur. Delivery guarantees for any shipping method do not apply to shipments affected by weather.

New Zealand Customers - $12.95 Express Delivery On All Orders

For a limited time Running Warehouse Australia is very pleased to offer to our New Zealand customers Express Delivery on all orders for only $12.95. Typical delivery time is 3-5 days.

  • Australia Post Express is our preferred courier for all deliveries to New Zealand.
  • It works something like this: Australia Post (Australia's largest postal company) takes the package from Aus to NZ. Once across the Tasman, New Zealand Post takes over and delivers the parcel to your door.
  • All deliveries are fully trackable.

Returns:

Running Warehouse Australia always wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. In the event the item doesn't fit or you simply change your mind, no problem, all items can be returned within 60 days from the invoice date.

  • Please send all returns to Running Warehouse, 72-76 Western Avenue, Westmeadows 3049, Victoria, Australia
  • All Exchanges will be posted from Running Warehouse Australia back to the customer FREE OF CHARGE (for New Zealand customers only).
  • Please do not purchase the return shipping label available on the site as it will not work outside Australia.

  • All prices on the website are in Australian Dollars.
  • Import Taxes: There are no Australian taxes; however, you will be responsible for any additional customs, handling fees, duties and/or taxes. Available for all orders up to 2kgs. Deliveries take 5-10 business days to arrive. A tracking service is available through the Australia Post web-site
