Running Manager - Sydney

Running Warehouse is expanding its retail footprint into Chatswood, Sydney. We are seeking both full time and part time runners to assist with opening a running store like no other in Australia.
In this role you will be surrounded by Running Shoes, Running Apparel, Running Accessories and Runners. This will be the largest speciality Running Shop in NSW. A passion for running and the running community is essential to the role.
Requirements:
- 2 + years Retail Manager experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
- Experience ordering stock and managing a staff roster.
- The ability to think strategically to identify opportunities and have a proven track record in driving sales and KPI's.
- Demonstrate professionalism with customers and co-workers.
- Demonstrate ample knowledge of running products.
- Weekend availability will be required.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Ensure efficient operation of your store to achieve optimal results in sales targets, KPI's, store presentation, visual merchandising, stock levels and wage control.
- Assist in choosing the product mix across footwear, hardgoods and apparel. .
- Restocking and merchandising inventory.
- Provide friendly, knowledgeable service to customers. .
- Greet customers, assess needs, and offer guidance.
- Meet customer needs and exceed their expectations. .
