Purpose of positions:

Build the foundation for lasting relationships with new customers and foster ongoing relationships with existing customers via a variety of communication channels

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide thorough assistance to all customers in a friendly, professional, helpful, and knowledgeable mannerl.
  • Display a comprehensive and current understanding of company policies, procedures, products and services.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat sessions.
  • Offer outstanding customer service, meeting customer needs and exceeding expectations whenever possible.
  • Be flexible during busy times by helping fellow co-workers and multi-tasking.
  • Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
  • Continually learn and develop skills, procedures, and information relevant to the position.
  • Understand resources available to locate answers to product questions.
  • Communicate with other departments when necessary regarding any customer issues.

Purpose of positions:

Our retail associates are the face to our local community. We take pride in the relationships we build and the customised service we provide. That starts and end with you! The Retail associateÕs main responsibility is to listen and understand the customers needs, and to provide a fun and educational experience while you help them find the right product.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Provide friendly, knowledgeable service for our customers in the retail store.
  • Greet customers, assess needs, and offer guidance.
  • Meet customer needs and exceed their expectations.
  • Assist with restocking and merchandising inventory.
  • Assist with pricing and tagging products accurately.
  • Maintain a clean and orderly workplace.
  • Attend regular product training seminars with in-house Product Trainers.
  • Be flexible during busy times by assisting more than one customer and helping fellow co-workers.

Required Skills:
